Phone Dialer makes it convenient and easy to call many numbers at a time with automatic scheduling. Moreover clients can add unlimited numbers to the application’s database. There are many other features, let’s have a look over all other Salient features.
1. Unlimited Phone Numbers:
In the application there is option that user can add upload all phone numbers on which he wants to call in form of a “.csv” file. In this file he will add ANI (Phone numbers), Lead Type, Organization’s TFN, and Campaign, Call time, Phone Type and Call duration. The user will make a detailed file and upload it in the application while rest of the operation will be followed by Phone Dialer itself.
2. IVRs creation and management:
After that there is an IVR manager in the application in which user can create unlimited IVRs or unlimited IVR steps in a single IVR. He can choose his different greeting messages for each IVR separately. He can add IVR Disqual message and can also add the success transfer number. In case there is no success transfer number, an automated step for auto success question will be run. At this stage user can also edit an already created IVR for his best convenience.
3. Add Unlimited Recordings:
For the purpose of multiple IVRs management there is an option for user to add unlimited recordings to the application’s platform. Each recording will be named and stored separately with its brief description. User can use these recordings for creating and editing his IVRs. In this way he never needs to upload recordings separately for creating his new IVRs. This saves his time and efforts.
4. Unlimited Leads and management:
In Phone Dialer a user can create unlimited leads as per his business’s nature and need. He can create different lead types and can manage his more than one business at the same time. Phone Dialer will automatically manage the lead types while calling from the application. Lead Types manager will show the status of each lead if it is on or off, it will manage the timing of calling during the day; it will select the IVR for each Lead type and it will also send SMSs where required.
5. Call Results Report:
There is also a Calls result report has been added in the application which will keep a record for the result of each call the application makes. In this way user may manage his resources and can filter all those calls which are creating an unnecessary burden by giving no output. He can see the report and can also download it for the physical record.
6. Call Back Manager:
Call Back manager will show the status of phone dialer that either it is currently on or off? User can change the status according to his need. It will then give option for selecting the time lag during which Phone Dialer will make calls. At the end there will be a list of all the ANIs (Phone Numbers) on which call manager will make calls. User can add or edit this list.
7. Manage TWILIO Account:
User can manage his TWILIO accounts for making calls. If he has multiple TWILIO accounts, he can add the Account SID and Auth Token every time and can direct the application that which account it can use for making the next calls. It is an optional feature otherwise mostly only one TWILIO account is used.
