A) Database Creation - top

You need a database credentials before installing the application, so look first that how to create a database on your hosing srever. See instructions in below mentioned screen shots step by step.







A-1) Installation - top

Create a directory with your desired name and unzip purchased application folder in it, after unzip navigate to your created application directory.
You will have to provide an already created database information here and hit Check Credentials button to ensure that the database credentials are valid, if credentials are fine, it will create the database and will navigate you to next screen to create your admin account.


B) Create Admin Account - top

After connected to your database you have to add information for your application admin account.


B-1) Login

After created admin account, you will be redirected to admin login screen, put your credentials here to login.


C) Application Settings - top

Add twilio, plivo and other application settings under settings tab.
Must setup both cron jobs on your hosting server before using application.
Cron Url: Will send messages to your scheduled batches.
Cron Url For Number Pools: Will update your created number pools according to vanish, refresh or continue.


D) Add Groups - top

You can create a group by adding numbers comma separated or you can also upload a csv file to import phone numbers in group.


E) Create Batch - top

You can schedule a batch by selecting multiple groups and multiple messages under batches tab.


F) Reports - top

Detailed report of all batches will be displayed under the report tab.
You can search batch by name and its assigned phone number.

Filter records by clicking on advance filter button.


G) Inbox - top

All incoming messages will be displayed under inbox tab.


H) Create Number Pool - top

Buy phone numbers by entring your desired area codes and sms gateway selected from gateway list.
Vanish: Will delete all number from your twilio account and also from application after mentioned days.
Refresh: Will delete all existing numbers from your twilio account and also from application after mentioned days and will purchase new numbers according to your selected area codes.
Continue: Will made no change and cotinue sending with your purchased numbers.
Already saved pools will be listed in below table.


I) Create Plivo Number Pool - top

Select Plivo option from gateway list, enter title for pool, select New option to purchase new numbers from plivo or you can use your previously purchased number by selecting existing option.
Enter area codes comma separated which you want to purchase numbers.
Enter amount of number(s) in no of longcodes field you want to purchase.
Vanish: Will delete all number from your twilio account and also from application after mentioned days.
Refresh: Will delete all existing numbers from your twilio account and also from application after mentioned days and will purchase new numbers according to your selected area codes.
Continue: Will made no change and cotinue sending with your purchased numbers.
Already saved pools will be listed in below table.
